Bio

Sara Is excited to share her passion for running with the ADM Cross Country program. Sara ran hurdles for Iowa State University while also receiving her degree in dietitics. In her first year of coaching track at Solon they celebrated being state champs. Sara went on to coach school record breaking and Drake Relay Champion hurdlers at Dowling for close to 10 years. In her personal career, Sara completed several marathons, including Boston and ran professionally for Spartan Obstacle Racing. Sara and her husband, Jeremy, have three kids who attend ADM and enjoy several activities in the community.
