Tigers Sweep Huskies on Senior Night to Cap Regular Season

The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball Team closed out its 2025 regular season on a high note Thursday night at ADM High School, defeating Winterset in a three-set sweep. With the victory, the Tigers secured their 22nd win of the year, finishing the regular season with an impressive 22-8 record.

ADM was locked in a battle with the Huskies from start to finish. The Tigers edged out two close sets and showed their composure late to secure the sweep with scores of 25-23, 25-13, and 28-26. 

Before first serve, ADM honored its seven seniors for their dedication and contributions to the program: Macy Person, Anna Holloway, Elise Coghlan, Graci Stumbo, Josie Steinkamp, Paige Krantz, and Kendra Smith.

The loss drops Winterset to 10-18 on the season, as they now prepare to host a home tournament tomorrow. Meanwhile, the Tigers turn their attention to postseason play, as they advance to the Class 4A Regional 4 Semifinal this coming Thursday, where they will face either Des Moines Hoover or North Polk.
