Tigers Sweep Season-Opening Quad in Dominant Fashion
The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball Team started the 2025 season in perfect form on Thursday night, going 3-0 at the ADM Volleyball Quad without surrendering a single set. The Tigers defended their home court with energy and focus, setting the tone for what looks to be a promising season.
A Strong Start Against Harlan
ADM opened the evening against Harlan Community and quickly established momentum. The Tigers controlled both sets, taking the opener 21-13 before closing out the match with a 21-14 victory.
Battling Through Versus Des Moines Christian
The second match of the night against Des Moines Christian tested the Tigers' resilience. ADM stormed through the first set with a commanding 21-11 win. The second set proved much tighter, but the Tigers held strong and edged out a thrilling 23-21 finish to secure the sweep.
Finishing the Night with Confidence
In the final matchup, ADM faced Council Bluffs Lincoln and once again proved too much to handle. Behind steady serving and consistent attacking, the Tigers closed the night with a 21-14 and 21-13 victory, sealing their 3-0 performance at the season-opening event.

With the sweep, ADM begins the season 3-0 and builds confidence heading into a challenging tournament schedule. The Tigers will travel tomorrow to compete in the Harlan Tournament, beginning at 8 a.m. at Harlan High School, where they'll face seven other schools.
