Tigers Clinch Share of RRC Title
The ADM Tigers Volleyball team clinched a share of the Raccoon River Conference title for the second consecutive year with a dominant 3-0 sweep over Boone on Tuesday night. ADM delivered a statement performance, winning the sets 25-6, 25-14, and 25-8 to remain undefeated in conference play.
ADM was led by a well-rounded offensive attack and stellar serving throughout the match. Anna Holloway had an impressive all-around performance with 6 kills on 14 attempts, along with 7 service aces. Macy Person added 8 kills and a team-high 7 digs, while Elise Coghlan kept the offense moving with 27 assists. Kendra Smith was perfect at the service line, recording 21 serve successes and 6 aces, further fueling the Tigers' attack.
London Warmuth contributed 6 kills and 2 aces, while Addison Herrick added 7 kills and solid defensive play. Ella Subbert rounded out the attack with 6 kills and a block assist. ADM's team chemistry and balance were on full display as they controlled the match from start to finish.
With the victory, ADM improved their record to 17-7 overall and 7-0 in the Raccoon River Conference. They have now secured at least a share of the conference title, but a win in their final regular-season match against Winterset on Thursday would give them the outright title.
