Bio

Chris is in his first year as the head wrestling coach at ADM and  fifth year as the ADM Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, as well as assistant role in Football. Coach Rupe has both collegiate and high school coaching experience that includes stops at Saint Cloud State University (MN), Bethany College (KS), and Waukee High School. During his time at each institution he has assisted in strength and conditioning as well as football. Chris serves as an instructor in the Social Studies Department at ADM High School. Chris currently lives in Adel with his wife, Kelsey, and two sons Everett and Eli.
