Bio

Michelle received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Simpson College with an emphasis in education, coaching and strength & conditioning.

While her career includes over 20 years in corporate HR, she is humbled to work with student athletes again. She joined the ADM girls basketball coaching staff in 2024 with a mentoring mindset, focused on fostering an inclusive, positive culture.

Michelle and her husband, Curtis, have three children who are students at ADM. Michelle feels very grateful to coach in the community her family resides.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys supporting MS non-profits, traveling, camping, cheering on her kids and their friends as well as rooting for the Hawkeyes.
