ADM Storms Back to Defeat Carroll
The ADM Tigers girls basketball team overcame a slow start to secure a 39-30 road victory over Carroll on Tuesday night as they improved to 3-3 on the season.
A Tale of Two Halves
ADM struggled early, hampered by turnovers and Carroll's aggressive defense. The Tigers managed just four points in the first quarter and trailed 14-4. The second quarter was equally tough, as ADM continued to struggle offensively with 10 first-half turnovers. Carroll led 20-10 at halftime, appearing in control.
Head Coach Danielle Craig made critical adjustments during the break, and ADM responded with a dominant second half. The Tigers outscored Carroll 29-10 over the final two quarters, including a stifling defensive effort in the third quarter where they held Carroll to just two points.
ADM's offense also found its rhythm in the third quarter, scoring 16 points to turn the tide and take the lead. The Tigers carried that momentum into the fourth, adding another 13 points while limiting Carroll to eight to secure the hard-fought win.
