ADM Boys Cross Country Qualifies for Sixth Straight State Meet

PELLA, Iowa — October 22, 2025

The ADM Boys Cross Country team continued its remarkable run of success, placing second at the Class 3A State Qualifying Meet held Wednesday at Central College in Pella. With the top three teams advancing, the Tigers once again earned their ticket to the 2025 State Cross Country Meet, marking their sixth consecutive state appearance.

ADM scored 91 team points, finishing behind host Pella (28) and ahead of Clear Creek-Amana (103) to secure their state berth.

Strong Team Effort Leads the Way

Senior Ty Landphair led the Tigers with a seventh-place finish, clocking a time of 16:30.94. He was followed closely by a tight pack of ADM runners:

  • Max Marple (17th, 17:09.76)

  • Robbie Hall (18th, 17:10.30)

  • Ty Miller (19th, 17:15.46)

  • Jack Leistikow (30th, 17:44.45)

Also contributing were Andrew Coller (31st, 17:47.89) and Nick Subbert (35th, 18:02.78), rounding out ADM's deep and balanced lineup.

Looking Ahead: State Meet in Fort Dodge

The Tigers will now prepare for the Class 3A State Meet, set for Friday, October 31st, at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge. ADM will compete in the 2:45 p.m. race.
