Boys and Girls Bowling Gather Wins Over Valley

The ADM boys and girls bowling teams hosted West Des Moines Valley on Monday, December 15, at Warrior Lanes in Waukee in a competitive meet featuring two individual games followed by five baker games.

Girls Results

The ADM girls competed hard throughout the night, highlighted by strong individual performances and consistent baker scores.

In individual play, Rhylea Fuquey led the Tigers with games of 153 and 172, while Kaylee Dorwart followed closely with scores of 139 and 160. Audrey Hysell rolled solid games of 98 and 114, and Hazel Marquardt contributed scores of 91 and 121. Alabama Astley added games of 143 and 112, and Ashlyn Ellerbusch bowled 73 and 77.

The Tigers found momentum during baker play, posting scores of 171, 181, 141, 125, and 167 across the five baker games. The second baker game of 181 stood out as the team's highest baker score of the match.

Boys Results

The ADM boys delivered an impressive performance, highlighted by several high-scoring individual games and strong finishes in baker play.

Cole Darling led the way with outstanding scores of 244 and 254, while Treyton Lee added games of 236 and 231. Owen Rychnovsky rolled consistent games of 198 and 229, and Ty Lovejoy improved significantly in his second game, finishing with 156 and 204. Colby Simons contributed scores of 139 and 155, and Zane Johnson added 126 and 142.

In baker competition, the boys built momentum as the match progressed, posting scores of 177, 177, 227, 236, and 182. The fourth baker game of 236 marked the Tigers' top baker performance of the night.
