The ADM Tigers boys basketball team remained undefeated on the season with an 80-50 win over Bondurant-Farrar on Tuesday night at ADM High School. A dominant second quarter and consistent scoring across all four quarters allowed the Tigers to secure their fifth consecutive victory and improve to 5-0 overall (4-0 in Raccoon River Conference play).
Competitive First Quarter
The game started as a tight contest with both teams trading baskets. ADM led narrowly at the end of the first quarter 22-17, paced by junior Hudson Lorensen and senior Wyatt Schweiger, who each connected from behind the arc.
ADM Breaks Away in the Second Quarter
The Tigers turned up the pressure in the second quarter, outscoring the Bluejays 23-9 to take control of the game. Lorensen continued his scoring dominance while junior Trey Bryte provided a spark offensively. ADM's defense locked in, limiting Bondurant-Farrar's opportunities and building a commanding 45-26 halftime lead.
Second Half Surge
ADM carried their momentum into the third quarter, pouring in 23 more points while holding the Bluejays to just 12. Lorensen and Bryte remained aggressive offensively, and Schweiger continued to knock down shots from distance. By the end of the third, the Tigers led 68-38, putting the game out of reach.
