Doug Winkowitsch Selected to IFCA Hall of Fame
ADM Head Football Coach Doug Winkowitsch has been selected for induction into the Iowa Football Coaches Association (IFCA) Coaches Hall of Fame, as part of the Class of 2025, the IFCA announced on January 6, 2026.
Coach Winkowitsch is being recognized for his outstanding career and the lasting impact he has made on the student-athletes, programs, and communities he has served, including West Delaware and ADM. The IFCA Coaches Hall of Fame honors coaches who have demonstrated excellence, leadership, and dedication to the sport of football across the state of Iowa.
In his first two seasons as head coach at ADM, Winkowitsch has made an immediate and significant impact on the Tigers' football program. Under his leadership, ADM has reached the Class 4A quarterfinals in back-to-back seasons, marking consecutive deep postseason runs. The 2025 season was highlighted by a district football championship, further establishing ADM as one of the premier programs in Class 4A.
Beyond wins and championships, Coach Winkowitsch has been instrumental in building a strong program culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and character—values that align with the mission of ADM Schools and the standards recognized by the IFCA.
Coach Winkowitsch will be officially inducted into the IFCA Coaches Hall of Fame on February 28, 2026, at Prairie Meadows, during the IFCA Hall of Fame and Awards Luncheon.
