Second Half Surge Advances Tigers to Quarterfinals
In a commanding first-round playoff game, ADM Football secured a 43-13 victory over Spencer at Spencer on Friday night. The Tigers' balanced offense and relentless defense propelled them to the quarterfinals, where they will face Council Bluffs on Friday, November 8th with a trip to the UNI Dome for the semifinals on the line.

ADM started strong, scoring the first touchdown in the opening quarter to lead 7-0. The Tigers continued to push, with each team adding two touchdowns in the second quarter, leading to a halftime score of 14-13 in favor of ADM. Spencer was unable to add any points in the second half, while ADM took full control, adding a field goal in the third quarter and erupting for 26 points in the final period, bringing the score to a decisive 43-13.
Offensive Standouts
Hudson Shull was unstoppable on the ground, leading ADM with 24 carries for 190 yards and four rushing touchdowns. Keaton Kier also contributed with two carries for 26 yards and a touchdown, while Jonathon Hatchitt added 107 rushing yards on 17 attempts. In total, ADM racked up an impressive 323 rushing yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
Shull also demonstrated his versatility with 86 passing yards, completing four of 11 attempts. Corbin Reed led ADM's receivers with three catches for 72 yards, while Grant Jansen added a 14-yard reception.
Defensive Prowess
The ADM defense was relentless, holding Spencer scoreless in the second half. Defensive standout Grant Engleman led with seven solo tackles, three assists, and two solo tackles for loss. Talon Harvey contributed with an impressive interception return for a touchdown to further boost ADM's lead.
