Cheer Takes Fifth Place at ICCA State Competition
The ADM Cheerleading team delivered a top 5 performance at the Iowa Cheerleading Coaches' Association (ICCA) State Competition on Saturday, securing fifth place in Class 3A. The competition, held at the Jacobson Exhibition Center on the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, showcased the team's hard work, precision, and dedication throughout the season.
ADM impressed the judges with a flawless routine, earning zero deductions in their score, a remarkable feat in competitive cheer. The Tigers also demonstrated maximum difficulty in many categories, highlighting the technical strength and advanced skills they've cultivated this season. Their high level of execution and challenging stunts underscored the team's commitment to excellence.
The ICCA State Competition followed an impressive second-place finish at the Triton Challenge, held at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge. These back-to-back strong performances reflect the dedication the ADM Cheerleading team has brought to every practice, both for competitions and on the sidelines, where they cheer on ADM football. The Tigers have put in countless hours training to perfect their routines and support their fellow athletes on game days.
Congratulations to the ADM Cheerleading team for an outstanding season.
